Every single time I come here they mess up. you can ask every single person working multiple times for something as simple as sweet and sour sauce and you will never get it. I have been scammed ny this place plenty of times and payed for orders that aren't even mine. refused a refund. refused food. This location is the WORST and they need all new staff asap.
Chicken nuggets tasted weird, like oil was bad
I went to this establishment earlier today with my family as a late dinner. We pull up to the drive thru since its supposed to be faster, which half of the time isn't. I start to order with the young guy, as I'm talking he says he can't hear me and to repeat it. Which is fine since sometimes the intercom cuts out some noise, again he says to repeat the whole order, he says that at least 3 times.
