All too often, we all leave a review because we're upset but tonight I'm leaving a review because I was quite impressed. My wife & I had a hectic day so dinnertime got away from us. Rather than ordering at a restaurant & having to wait 45 minutes to get the food, we decided to get McDonald's & eat at home. I ordered food and paid for three sauces. When we checked our order, the sauces were missing. I politely asked for them, and the employee responded rudely and insisted they were $0.25 each. I informed him that I had already paid for them and they are listed on my receipt. The general manager came to the counter and spoke to us in a condescending and dismissive tone, repeatedly implying that we were lying by saying, “Are you sure?” We checked the bag again in front of her, and the sauces were not there.
