I went through the drive-thru after work and the employee on the headset was very courteous and well-mannered. I frequent this location and have gone inside for other occasions, and everybody had gone above and beyond to assist me when needed. The McDonald's team has well-trained employees that also have a positive attitude, and I have had the displeasure of witnessing a handful of altercations between customers and employees. THIS IS A REAL REVIEW OF 2026!!! PLEASE READ. Do not go to this McDonald’s Their customer service is TERRIBLE AND TERRIFYING. they yell at their customers they CUSS out their customers!!!
