They gave us a burger with cheese when we requested it to be without cheese. It even said so on the receipt. The manager was extremely rude and snappy.
Went inside to eat. They really push the self kiosk by choosing to ignore customers for as long as possible. Eventually a young man with very long hair took my order. When my order came up, there was a long hair under the lid of my drink! I pointed it out to the guy, and he proceeded to break off the strands poking out of the sides of the cup, leaving a piece trapped under the lid. I had to tell him to make me a new one.
