Let me be clear: All McDonald's locations are horrible business operations. I don't have enough space for all of the issues with this pathetic excuse for "fast food" that corporate offices have created over the past several years but MCDONALD'S is not worthy to be in business in any shape or form imho. It should not take 40+ minutes to preare a couple of egg McMuffins. This, however, is normal for every McDonald's location in American in 2025. This place is funny because they’ll have a bunch of banners saying “open till 2am” and lit up open signs and then not be open until 2am
Waited 45 mins for 1 large fries not even during peak hour. They push out one order every 10 mins. I’ve seen McDonald’s franchises with much fewer employees but way more customers execute orders much quicker. Even international McDonald’s with obsolete equipment gets food out quicker and more efficiently.
If you like to wait for 20-30 mins for just a burger then this is definitely a place for you.
