Very disappointed! When a customer asks for fresh chicken, please serve fresh chicken. Today was my last visit to this McDonald's. I specifically asked for light sauce and received extra spicy sauce instead. It feels like my order was not taken seriously. Please do your jobs correctly. When customers stop coming back, remember comments like this.
Shake machine has been broke everyday for over a month. It said available when ordering and then they called saying it wasn’t. Do not eat here
The blue haired girl with glasses should not work in customer service. Not only is she rude, she is slow and clearly resents having to earn a living. God help us all if this is the future.
