I ordered breakfast through the app and arrived on time for pickup. However, it took 25 minutes for my food to be prepared, even though it was only 7:10 on a Saturday morning and the restaurant was not busy. When I asked the staff how much longer it would be, they treated me as if I was unreasonable for inquiring.
