Not customer friendly. Poor instructions. Not friendly for non-tech customers. Ordered a crispy chicken that was not crispy and the fries were not crispy nor hot. Shame on McDonald's.
Terrible Food, Service , after almost 1/2 Hr. to receive food after ordering order instructions were not followed , Some items were inedible and over cooked . Horrible in store service ,( they only pay attention to the drive through customers ) Mc Donald's has taken a nose dive in quality and service and not just at this location , but this has to be one of the Worst I've been to in a long time! Sat in drive-through for 15 minutes, plus Don’t know what the problem is because I left had to go back to work with no lunch
I've had good experiences at the McDonalds, so I'm giving them an average review, because I've also had bad ones. My most recent one was one of the worst. This McDonalds has 2 drive thru lanes. I had a very simple order ready to go. The person in front of me took a long time. When I pulled up to the order speaker, I sat there for a while and no one asked to take my order. 3:42pm Sunday Went thru drivethru for a large diet coke and iced coffee only to be told they do not have any ice!! There is a piggly wiggly and a gas station 50' away from them ...GO BUY SOME ICE!!! Or lose sales, which they did
