Great overall
I had a very disappointing experience at the McDonald’s Cityscape location. When I tried to place an order using a valid coupon, the staff refused to accept it without giving a clear reason. On top of that, the employee’s attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional, which made the situation even worse. As a customer, I expect respect and fair service, but unfortunately, this location failed to provide either.
