Stopped at McDonald’s drive-thru today at 8:19 AM because we were in a hurry and only needed 3 small regular coffees. After waiting around 10 minutes, we were handed double doubles instead of regular coffees. When we pointed it out, they changed them, but there was no apology or customer service at all. We finally left at 8:34 AM — 15 minutes spent in the drive-thru just for coffees. Mistakes happen, but better service and basic courtesy would have been appreciated.
Ordered from Uber eats. Clearly the driver didn't show up for an hour after ordering. This location produced the order regardless. Ice cold food. Zero dignity. No pride. What happened to this country...
I ordered at drive thru even not that busy make the burgers like shit nothing on the burger ask for extra mayo and extra lettuce there’s nothing in the burger
