food was warm but bigmac was DRY... the nuggets were perfect... the lady in the drive thru just quit talking
Greg is so helpful. He’s always smiling and so sweet. I wish every employee here was like him. Such a kind spirit. Find more like him please!!! And thanks to this manager for literally being the only McDonalds in bossier with a working ice cream machine for a cone every once in a while.
We ordered ( reordered ) a Big Mac meal with a free ( promotional with $1 min purchase ) Medium fries . At 12:59 PM There were no one at the counter only one family in dining room waiting on their food. About 3/4 cars on drive. Waited about 4/ 5 mins to receive our order. The fries were of subpar quality, it has an aftertaste that came from oil not changed on time . The fries were hard ( past its 7 mins hold time standard ) the dining experience was negatively impacted . Normally no issue
