Oliver attended to me today and I want to give him a shout out as to no matter how busy he was he continued to serve everyone with such a positive attitude. It was a breath of fresh air. Thank you Oliver for the great customer service today.
Bad service it was a long wait for the bad treatment I grabbed an orange juice it was more water than juice they took a long time I never complain but if it bothers me this time
Called store asking them to save the trash as my retainer was thrown away. The manager hung up on me. I called back and she wouldn’t pick up. I had to call her from another number and she magically picked up. I asked her to hold the trash and she told me she already threw it away. I asked her why she hung up on me and she didn’t say anything and I tried to ask more questions to find the trash and she could not understand what I was saying.
