Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a simple coffee through the mobile app thinking it would save time, but instead I ended up standing there for 15 minutes waiting like I hadn’t ordered at all. What’s the point of using the app if the order isn’t even prepared on time? The staff showed no sense of urgency, and honestly came off as very lazy.
