I went to Oder a hot l coffee. I was told to come back in 20 mins for it and by the time I came back I got a refund bc allegedly thier machine broke down. *****This is not the first time!!!!!!!!! ******** horrible service management

This store is clean, quiet, and peaceful. Bathroom is clean also. In addition to there being a Publix in the shopping center. This experience was pleasant to say the least. I ordered a frappe and cookies. It was fresh and delicious. Thanks for everything

I want to share my experience at this McDonald’s. I arrived around 4:57 p.m. and ordered two coffees. After paying, I waited absurdly until 5:24 p.m. to pick them up, at which point I had to go inside to get my money back. There were no cars ahead of me, so the delay was not due to traffic. I was told the coffee machine was being cleaned and that “all the employees were sent away,” but this should have been communicated when I placed my order. This situation was extremely frustrating.
