Staff is pretty much always rude. Out of the past year I've been, only 1 visit had food that I'd rate as decent. The other times it's been saltless and lukewarm with missing items in the bag constantly. Over it, never coming back. Edit: just saw another comment from about a month ago that someone got food poisoning here. I have had gnarly tasting nuggets here and projectile vomited and had vomit episodes 12-18 hours after eating the sus nugget. Not saying it was the nugget but def a coincidence. Maybe worth investigating.
