Three years ago, this was the best McDonald’s in Greenville, but it has steadily declined. We use to go there at least twice a week. Yet, because of the poor service, we have gone only five times in the past 12 months, during various hours. For every order, we used the drive-thru and ordered just burgers and fries, (five items at the most), with no special requests. This locations customer service is probably the best especially the morning crew . It’s gives southern hospitality vibes . I got through the drive thru with 4 minutes. All were very welcoming and helpful.
Ole buddy at the window African American guy had an attitude when i asked for buffalo sauce. Like dude you’re not paying for it? He insisted on giving me buffalo sauce that was already opened. I feel like he was trying to be funny. Get yourself together.
Never in my life have I seen someone more rude than 3 separate people working the front counter here. Do better.
Not a "happy place". Went through the drive thru, not exactly rude, but far from nice and polite. No smiles and certainly did not get a thank you at the end. Just handed me the food and slide the window shut. Felt like I was bothering them by placing an order. If I'm spending money with your business, at least smile and say thank you. All i got was 😤
