Worst experience ever. Had to drive off without order. Left me waiting at window for several minutes when I was the only car there, then laughingly said sorry after I said Hello?. Rang up my order wrong twice and when I went to the second window to get the order they were asking me where my receipt was and acting confused like the customer (me) is supposed to know what they have going on. Drive thru. Ordered a tea 3/4 unsweetened and just top off with sweet. Gave me 3/4 sweet and topped off with unsweetened. On the signs for drive thru ordering says put in code 1234 for free food. I asked where do I enter that and the order taker said 'I don't know what you're talking about.' Does anyone know or pay attention to their job?
Waited 38 minutes in curbside pickup. Turns out they forgot about us. They only came out when I called the store. Then I was irritated that my order was wrong when I got it.
