Sorry, service took nearly 20 minutes for 10 piece nuggets. Then, when I got them, they were cold. The lobby was filling up full of people. And they were steady taking more orders from drive thru and the the manager dean had on headphones and could care less. Couldn't get a receipt because as usual.The machine never has any paper in it.

I Loved how she Conducted herself, her Complete Professional Interaction with both the Team & Customers. Together they all Handled the Rush Hour with Excellence.
