I ordered online for lunch 11/4, pulled up to the speaker and sat there for 4 minutes with no answer, pulled up to the window and the lady giving out food was rude and unprofessional. Sorry excuse of customer facing employee
Food was hot fresh and prepared correct
Don’t go inside for anything, they only care about the drive through and they do a bad job at that too. I went inside for an ice coffee because the line was long, just to watch all the cars leave and my drink to sit in the back for an extra 5 minutes because they don’t pay attention to the front at all. And my drink is not even full.
Denise was very rude! Denise you are the manager, learn customer service. Waited 15 minutes for a double cheeseburger and soda. I guess I paid to watch her and the crew move drive thru orders.
