Same 15 minute wait every day at lunch no matter if no one’s in line. Use the app and they still give you the wrong order.
You walk in and the girl with the long nails and the blonde hair can’t even bother to do her job or even say hi to a guest talk so freaking low when they call out your number you don’t even know if it’s your order another girl walks in with a sweatshirt on you. Don’t even know if she’s an employee everyone stops to talk to her ignores. There’s customers in the waiting room instead of giving someone their order they want to stay in there for five minutes and talk video to prove it.
Food is good. But they continue to mess up my order. I will add an extra patty and they will not give it to me. When I tell them there is an issue, I am made to feel like I was the one who messed up.
