Even when customers arrive, there’s never anyone at the counter. No matter how many kiosk or online orders there are, leaving the counter unattended is just ridiculous. There are plenty of employees who can see the kitchen CCTV, yet if you want to order at the counter, you’ll be waiting forever—no exaggeration. Even when I stand there for pickup, no one bothers to ask or say anything. Yesterday, they gave me the wrong number of items, and today, they got the sauces wrong. They just keep messing things up.
Almost didn't stop here due to the negative reviews. Didn't see any evidence of issues. Ordered on the app for pickup, food was ready in a reasonable amount of time, and it was extremely fresh. Employees were pleasant and seemed to be having fun. Place is new and was clean.
