Food was cold n Customer service was terrible …
Slow as usual. When you order in the app it says 2-5 minutes. It was 15 minutes. Food was warm because it had probably been sitting on the counter waiting for the person to bring it out. It was lunchtime and as usual they were busy. Still not that great with their service.
Rising prices, shrinking portions, and disappearing amenities. 10 dollars for a triple cheeseburger meal and a flat refusal to give me a small cup of ice water on the side. How much are those tiny cups? 5 cents? Probably way less than the headache of someone like me telling everyone they can how trashy that is. After refusing to give me a free tiny cup for ice, the cashier then tried to give me a small cup and argued with me when I informed him the order I paid for had a medium. Go anywhere else if you can.
Clean! Food was hot and service was quick.
