It’s funny how bad the service is. Bad attitude’s everywhere and foul language being said over the microphone. They forget to ring up parts of orders so be ready to wait extra long for the other half of your meal. Told us to wait longer next time even though workers were just not occupying their stations.

Out of 8 ranches I got 0. Ordered two plain cheeseburgers and got 2 with so much ketchup it was ridiculous. 40 nuggets were given in 4 ten pieces but none of them actually had all ten so we were missing about 8 nuggets. Also got 2 happy meals which were supposed to be Mario but instead got two of the exact same transformer thing. Not great when both kids have the same toy. All in all the employees seem lazy and unenthusiastic to be there and could genuinely care less if you get the right food.

This location has THE WORSE customer service from the staff to the managers. They will not acknowledge those waiting for orders, won't offer assistant and the front is rarely covered. There is ONE employee who works there and she is the most pleasant older woman. She makes me smile anytime I come in. The staff, besides her, needs customer service training to become more professional.
