I always use the drive thru or mobile orders. My order is always right, nice and hot. Great employees
One of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve had in a very long time. This location is simply **unacceptable. I came in expecting a basic McDonald’s order and somehow waited approximately 20 minutes for fries and a tea. Other customers were waiting 25–30 minutes or longerfor their food. The most shocking part wasn’t even the wait it was the complete lack of urgency, organization, and customer service while all of this was happening. Placed an order requested no pickles got home with my husband pickles were on all our sandwiches. The French fries werent hot at all they were warmish cold and hard.
Quality control at this location is abysmal. I'm constantly getting the wrong items. I ordered a chicken biscuit but recieved a sausage mcgriddle. Sometimes I order a chicken biscuit but recieve a McChicken on a biscuit. As a diabetic, receiving the Mcgriddle is the worse part. It's soaked in syrup and completely inedible to me.
