We’ve now received a raw hamburger from this location twice in less than six months. Both times came after an unusually long wait for our food, which makes it even more frustrating. At this point, dealing with the refund or replacement process feels like more trouble than it’s worth. Sharing this in hopes that management sees it and takes a closer look at the quality issues.
Dirty tables with no wipes to clean up. Had to ask for napkins and straws. No one to take our order so we had to order through the kiosk. They were actually out of what we ordered and substituted it without even asking or letting us know they were out of what we ordered.
Not bad at all. Quick and friendly!
