I don't know the young lady's name but she was pleasant and she kept that drive thru moving. Raeford NC near downtown. Kudos to the staff
Terrible service!, went to get a quick 6 nuggets and a burger. Made me pull up to slot 2, WAITED 28 minutes then finally went in because the still had yet to bring me my food. Went in and saw it just on the counter. How long was it on the counter? Why did they not bring it out to me after making me pull up and wait so long? Very disappointed and will not ever go again. Y’all need to do better than hiring these teenagers with attitudes and who don’t want to do their jobs.
Stayed in dr I very thru 15 minutes and line never moved. Backed up and went to Burger King... got food and still line hadn't moved. This McDonalds should be audited by head management. I went there 10/31/25 and this place was an absolute tainted wreck. I've seen on social media crazy mess in restaurants but never first hand. The manager was yelling profanities at the guy at register if that had been me I would've walked out but I guess he needed hos job. Close this place down! i’m so sick of hearing “we’re not taking any orders” & it’s 8 pm. this happens weekly .
This location closes at 11 PM but it doesn't state that on their website nor does it show on your mobile order when you order through the app What is the problem this location always has issuesAnd then you wanna get an attitude when I ask what time you closeAnd how I was able to order through the app if you're not open fix your problems
