All I can say is that I love going to the La Quinta one and the Bermuda Dunes one very customer oriented and they are all nice never had a problem with them
Absolutely horrible experience one of the managers (Aubrey) being the name was very rude and disrespectful to me as I was paying for my order and did not let me get a refund for an item being missing in my order. Such a waste of time and space for me to wait in the drive thru all for my order to be wrong and then get disrespected by a very under qualified manager. :(
I placed my order via mobile app at 8:05AM. The order consisted of 1 Egg McMuffin meal, Hotcakes and sausage, 1 Egg McMuffin and hash brown A La Carte. Couldn't get help in the pickup stall so I used the drive thru and was first given the wrong items from another order which I told the employeeto take back.
