They are a terrible place to go to and are rude and unprofessional they hit my son with a no slip sign because he didn’t move away from the counter while waiting for the food he ordered!!!

Great food
They can't figure out how to take orders in the order in which people get in line. I pulled up to the outer lane speaker and got nothing but silence for a couple minutes. I thought they would come to me after they took the order from the other lane which pulled up the same time as me but no. They took 3 orders from the other lane before trying to take mine. And this happens frequently at this location. When you get your food, 50/50 on whether your order is correct.
Worst McDonald’s in Saint Augustine the night crew is horrible waited 30 minutes on a DoorDash order because I was bored and off tonight so came out to do some orders and this place is horrible workers didn’t even say sorry for the wait no nothing literally just walking around in the store order wasnt even made no courtesy or anything definitely could use a whole makeover
