super slow, forgot my cheese on my sandwich, and not good customer service. on the plus side bathrooms are clean
I dined in. I did not have a reservation, but had no trouble finding an open table :) Staff was friendly. Food came out quick and hot. Music was at a good level, not too loud. I’d normally rate this sort of visit 4 stars but gave it 5 stars for one reason: the restaurant was actually really clean which sadly came as a surprise to what I’ve grown to expect from the chain.
