Very poor customer service. Completely lacking, no acknowledgement a customer (delivery pickup service) is there. This usually starts upon arrival, up to the order being ready. Expect an exceptionally poor disconnected experience. Tip: Acknowledge your customers with a kind greeting
Horrible service yesterday I went through the drive-through for breakfast. No one said how may I help you nothing it was dead silence after about six cars. Smh horrible management. They don't even acknowledge you. Orders take forever!! And their are no smiles or "thank you, have a good day"... nothing.
