We had a mobile order, got to the second window after waiting our turn (the worker at the first window was super friendly!) and they handed us three drinks, let us know the frozen blue raspberry wasn't ready, and asked us to wait in spot #1 for our fries "about three minutes" they said. Ten minutes went by, many many cars went through the drive-thru line behind us and exited the premises while we sat there.
