I had to loop back around because there wasn’t anyone at the order speaker. After I looped back around there was a worker/manager. His name is Danny and his customer service was EXCELLENT. I will be returning to this location because of him. He is the reason why I still have faith in food service workers. Despite it being almost midnight and there were alot of hungry people in the drive thru Danny went above and beyond to meet my needs. Thank you Danny!!
If I could give zero stars I would. This McDonald’s has the worst customer service in Richmond! People will stand there waiting on their DoorDash or mobile order and not even be acknowledged. When you try to get someone’s attention, after waiting 10 mins, they will say “sorry I only work drive thru,” or I’m not sure if those are your orders and won’t even look!!
