I’ve lived here almost 2 years now with two girls that always pick here for their treats and we have consistently had great experiences with friendly staff and hot food.
Since the new manager has taken over , this location has improved drastically. I did have an error with my order today( we are all human, it happens) but it was corrected as soon as I brought it to their attention without issue . Ty’Kiece has done a great job !
The worst McDonalds ever…. and this review is written from MULTIPLE visits I have made here. I keep giving it a chance because it’s convenient, but the last 3 times I have waited over 30 min for my meal and have gotten the wrong order. Staff is friendly and seem overwhelmed, but the waiting time is ridiculous!
My boyfriend went to get me a meal and asked for extra pickles and ketchup. Only got one pickle and a tiny spurt of ketchup. The other burger is the exact same.
Forgot to put fries in all 3 of my happy meals and the employees are just crap talking other customers while we're at the window so the professionalism was top tier.
