Fries need to be hot and fresh. I think they bag fries before they get orders. Ounce they get cold they become hard and dry.
Absolutely unbelievable. Box in waiting for 40 mins. Soooo slow. Walked in to order on the kiosk and people getting our food before us without the wait. If they don’t have enough people working they should shut down the drive through instead of making people wait. We won’t be back
