Went through the drive-through. The service was fast ( surprisingly so ), ordering was easy, and the BEST OF ALL the fries were HOT 🔥. On the down side, the amount of food foe the price was a little undesirable. I received the bag and thought I was handed a HAPPY MEAL , without the box and the little toy. The atmosphere was 5 stars because I was with my wife, and the service was fast.
Always trying to make sure you can’t place a order or make you wait forever any time after 10pm even though they close at 12 or 1 AM
The Iced Tea was NOT up to McDonald's (or even decent) standards. It was "spinachy" like the container was unclean and moldy. GET YOUR RESTAURANT BACK TO MCDONALD'S STANDARDS PLEASE!!!
Do not go here staff here is amateur I ordered online waited 30 min… this is how the manager runs the site I guess. Lady said my food was sitting on the counter for 20 min and said I should get another one made fresh. They obviously couldn’t walk it out to curbside.
Professionalism, basic curiosity, basic customer service, acknowledgment when a customer enters a business establishment are the minimum requirements expected by customers. Unfortunately this location has displayed a pattern of choosing who to acknowledge. The is not the first time this happened to me I just said they are busy, the second time I brought it to the General Manager attention and now the third time I must bring it to the public. apparently this is a culture and and acceptance behavior.
