I don't like this location the food is stale the buns u can knock on them their hard as a rock!
Jenn is very professional and makes my day by suggesting new products to try. She suggested for me to try that jalapeño burger and hands down I will be back. You need more people like her if you know what I mean.
I ordered a McChicken sandwich, and I observed that the staff member preparing my food touched her hair and face before handling my order with bare hands, without wearing gloves. When I asked her why she wasn’t wearing gloves, she responded that they don’t have gloves and claimed that the Canadian health department does not require them. Additionally, her attitude was rude and unprofessional, which made my experience even more disappointing.
Ordered a Big Mac, 20 chicken nuggets, mcchicken, and a quarter jalapeno & bacon burger. When we got home, no big Mac in the bag. Not even worth it to drive all the way back.. not surprised about the rating for this location.
Not once have I gone there and not gotten stale buns or cold fries...... Get your act together
