Drive through was so slow so we had to go in and order food. Our food was wrong and we added cheese and pickle to our order and the photo shows what we got.
Placed an order and tried to have my sister go pick it up. She waited 30 minutes before someone finally approached her and asked her if she needed help and then told her the order wouldn’t go through until the person who placed it was close by. So I headed to the store and also sat there and waited for someone to get my order. Went in for pick up on mobile order waited 30 minutes. Employees sitting there doing nothing. Managers not taking matters into their hands letting everyone sit around being lazy. Employees taking too many bathroom breaks going one at a time one after another. Crappy service.
