Do not go in the right drive thru lane, they will never take your order. I’ve had to call into the store three times now after waiting at the speaker for 10 minutes while the other lane got helped.
The staff are very pleasant and Tracy is amazing and so nice!
There was several ladies standing in the second drive through lane so everyone was bottle neckong into one lane, they got me up to the window fairly quick but after I paid and got my drink they pulled me up and had me wait for my food 18 minutes later someone finally came and had to ask what I'd ordered because they'd forgotten (there words not mine) that I was waiting
Bad drive through experience this morning. Ordered hashbrowns and orange juice but at pick up I was given some iced tea drink .told the service person that i ordered juice.she said they were out , I can have whatever drink she was giving . I was like can I have Pepsi and she gave me whatever was in her hand. I told her it wasn’t Pepsi and she ignored and just handed that drink and no straw and walked away .
Jean is great. She’s usually running my curbside order out to me and she’s always prompt, thorough and kind. Appreciate it!!
