Every time I come to this location, my order is always wrong. I fill out the survey every time and no one ever contacts me to apologize, offer a credit or a refund or anything. Do you all even care? Every McDs within 10 minutes of my house always screws up my order as well. I thought about starting to log how many screw ups I've received on my orders. Don't waste your money on an Oreo McFlurry. It's just soft serve with a few crumbles of cookies on top. Even when I pay for Extra cookies. Im tired of feeling cheated. Oh, and you must pay for a cup of water now?! Not me.
Terrible service. Left us sitting in our car which felt like an hour. So we just drove off with out our food.
