I rate this an 1.5 out of a 5 star. Anytime I have DoorDashed from here, there is always a missing item. Like today I’m missing my drink and French Fries. Normally. They give you two bags since I always buy for 3 people. The fries are either uncooked or cold. They also rush how the food is provided. I’ve already had an experience with my breakfast out of the tray laying in the bag. I’ve gone through DoorDash and the app since I can’t always leave the house. This is probably one of the worst McDonald’s ever. This is the closest one to me so I’ve went on occasion over the years and the service continues to be horrible, they haven’t had an ice cream machine in years. Do yourself a favor and drive down to the McDonalds on Hauck Rd. in Sharonville.
