Usually this McDonald's is on top of their game. Except for today. Ordered a sausage egg cheese biscuit and received a sausage cheese biscuit. Tried calling and of course nobody answered and was disconnected.
Went there around 8-9 ish.They were unprofessional. When we had ordered they were rude, had interrupted her, had asked anything else at least 5 times. Nobody was at the first window for at least 10 minutes. Took my mother’s card far away where she could not see it. Plus mind you she used her card and they opened the cash register why ? Bathrooms were disgusting. Drive thru was slow. Had to go back in to get the drinks for my kid's happy meals. No ketchup in the bag after asking with the order and at the window. I try to avoid McDonald's and every time I go I'm reminded why.
