I called to ask about availability of a specific item I wanted to buy. The guy who answered the phone said he was too busy to look and I have to drive down to find out if they have it. Is that seriously how they train their employees to handle phone calls?
Quick easy drive thru, off main road, so turned in off east side is slightly tricky.
One of the best around. Well staffed and efficient. Also very clean.
I visited the McDonald’s in West Chester and the restaurant was in unacceptable condition. The tables were covered with trash and napkins, the floors looked like they had not been cleaned at all, and the trash cans were overflowing. The environment and the overall staff performance were far below basic operational standards and require immediate correction.
