The young men working here were on it and the service was very good
They have messed my order up multiple times but that’s fine and I never complained because I don’t care that much. It’s McDonald’s it happens. What I do care about is the girl at the drive thru who is so miserable she can’t stand doing her job. She needs to be fired or go somewhere else and definitely NOT in any customer service role. Good
I get it: it's mcdonalds not jags. But this place is poorly run, poorly staffed, and poorly maintained. First, when grabbing me a cup instead of beinging it over, the front worker waived it at me like a pet toy. It took forever to come out and when it did the food was wrong. On top of it, when I went to get a drink the fountains are hooked up wrong, the ice maker is rusted, and the tea was left open with the lid not being put back on.
