Rude
Went through the drive thru at roughly 4:56pm on 9/26. Woman working the drive through speaker and window was incredibly rude. She ignored us at the speaker when we asked if she had heard us because she did not respond at all. After a minute or two sitting at the speaker, we pulled up to the window where she opened it and just handed us our receipt. My husband asked if she heard us at the speaker and she rolled her eyes and shut the window. We were not rude at all, we had a mobile order, gave the code at the window, etc like... read more
