This one be the best one ngl. I never wait for mobile orders, the food is always fresh and hot. I never have an issue here

Telma is a horrible manager. The drive through lady took my order wrong, I politely asked for it to be fixed, instead Telma the manager came out and said "you go around, no you go around " . No customer service or politeness. If a manager is like this, then think how the entire store it.
I live in the neighborhood and often stop by for what should be a simple meal, it never is. Virtually the entire staff are incompetant and the food has something incorrect 90% of the time. Ive wanted to complain almost every visit for months but always get over it and give them the benefit of the doubt. Today i stopped in at lunch time and ordered thru the app. After a fairly long wait i get to the speaker to be told they have NO soda.
