I just used a reward code to receive a free frie with drink purchase. I requested a large frie for Telma to tell me what I received was a large frie. She insisted I take it because she made it" whats the problem?" or get my money back b/c they do only one scoop regardless how Not full the container is. She refused to fill the large frie thus I took the refund. I told her no one wants a medium frie in a large container. She needs customer service and portion training. A waste of my time and reward.
I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese meal and I was asked to go to parking spot #3. I went sat there for over 10 min waiting. Finally I called and they said they would be out shortly. I live right around the corner and when I opened the double quarter pounder cheese burger it was dry no ketchup, mustard or anything. The patties were DRY way over cooked just NASTY. HORRIBLE very DISAPPOINTED didn't even eat half thew it in the trash $ 9.98 WASTED No one should have ever been given food this BAD
