The slowest service on planet earth
The slowest service in Valdosta. This is not fast food at all. The worker are also rude.
Today I went to this location and asked to use my rewards while in drive thru and the young lady over the speaker said a derogatory statement while using a cuss word through the intercom. I guess she thought her mic was off. It was incredibly upsetting and very unsettling. I have 2 names because management was unsure who said the statement. I reached out to corporate but was sent to voicemail. I'd like to speak to corporate asap regarding this issue. Whoever said this statement should not be working in customer service.
