I sat inside for over 30 minutes getting my breakfast, while inside I watched almost every customer having to return to the counter to collect missing items. When my order was finally called I was missing my coffee and all my food was just thrown in the bag falling out of the wrappers. Not satisfied

Horrible service. They only have one register and 4 kiosks. I ordered a basic quarter pounder, large fries, and a large drink. It took almost 40 minutes to get my food. My fries were cold and there was no sense of urgency to make the meals for all of the customers. There were approximately 10 people that I could see in the back and it appeared the oldest person was maybe 25. Not one person was clearly the manager and leading the team. I would NOT recommend this McDonald's to eat at.

We placed an order in the app and selected in store pickup. Once inside the store we were blatantly ignored for 10 minuets standing at the counter while multiple employees made eye contact and ignored us as one person stood at the register where you order and our other person stood at the pickup counter. We had to flag down the woman wearing plaid to even check in. The worst McDonalds in the entire state. I ordered my food then proceeded to wait at the window for a solid 5 minutes with nobody to greet me or anything. Went inside to try and get my food and staff just eyeballs me. I get that it’s the day before a holiday but come on. Yet y’all beg for more money, but don’t even do the easiest part of your job.
