This has to be the worst McDonald's in Arizona! Several times we've had to wait over 20 minutes for our breakfast. And it seems like we are not the only ones. The whole lobby looks frustrated with this place. You need new management or better employees. What a joke of an establishment!
The service is absolutely terrible. I ordered a vanilla shake and they didn't even tighten the lid. It spilled all over the ground and when I asked if I could have another one they just told me no.
