Ordered via the App to eat in. It took over 30 minutes from the time we ordered until we received our order. One lonely lady was working the front, taking orders or asking orders be placed on kiosk, putting together at least 10 door dash orders while I was waiting for our order. This was at 2:45pm. Drive thru was full, front was full and more staff were needed. Seems to be a gold mine business, just needs increased staffing as I peer from the outside in.

If you're looking for a terrible experience, this is the place for you. Rude employees, long waits, incorrect orders. I keep telling myself that I'll never go back to this McDonald's and a year or so later I decide to give it another try only to be disappointed again. Today, it took almost 30 minutes to get our food after being forgotten about in the drive thru. Once we made it home, we checked the food and it was entirely the wrong order. Save yourself the headache, go somewhere else.

I have NO intentions of ever stepping foot in this McDonald's establishment again! I live in Rockingham and occasionally pick up delivery orders from here too. This one thing I can assure you, the customer service is the ABSOLUTE WORST out of all the restaurants in Richmond County, NC. From the moment you walk in, it is guaranteed you'll wait at least 10+ minutes or more before the staff care to acknowledge you're standing at the counter, regardless if you've ordered from the kiosk or are there to pick up a delivery. Both kiosks didn't work and I couldn't get my order in since no one came to the counter although there was a lot of people there. I had a small order. I just left cause I didn't have time to wait.
