Weird confusing experience. Ordered online and was not allowed into the lobby for 10-15 minutes and then they allowed me inside as if it was a favor in order to pick up the food I ordered. Makes no sense if they’re supposed to be open 24hrs and have no other way for walking customers to pick up food other than the lobby.
