Tried to buy a gift card through the drive thru and was told I had to buy it inside. Parked and walked inside just to stand there for 5-7 minutes while multiple employees walked by and continued doing whatever they were doing. I work in customer service and understand lunch is busy but you still ACKNOWLEDGE someone that walks in or is standing at the counter.
