Raw and Unsafe Food — Unacceptable Experience This appears to be an ongoing issue based on other reviews. I pre-ordered a meal for my family through the app while we were traveling. Despite pre-ordering, we were asked to drive around and wait an additional 10 minutes because the food was not ready. When we arrived at our hotel and opened the food (less than 15 minutes after leaving), the hamburgers were pink in the middle, cold, and still had ice present, indicating they were not fully cooked. I visited this location with my 6 year old granddaughter and we had a nice visit. There was an indoor play yard which she enjoyed using. Are food met the McDonald's high standards.
