Easy access near the Mass Pike entrance. Plenty of parking and space inside. Service was good.
Awful. Left in line for 5 minutes before entering store. Place was a disaster. Use kiosk and still waited almost 15 more minutes for a drink. 18 minutes to receive my meal. Staff sadly was overwhelmed with very few customers. A broken drive through also... McDonald's has seriously been getting worse. I will no longer support this company with poor service and worse food than ever, if it even classifies as such. Good bye McDonald's.
Waited for 20 mins while I watched many people that were asked to pull ahead after me get their food. Finally gave up, went inside to slask for my money back and they had completely erased my order and it was never coming. I talked to multiple employees while I waited and they assured me it would be right out. You guys should go over to Belchertown to train. They are always great.
