I was at this Mcdonalds onApril 18,2010. they forgot 2 of my sanwhiches and a large fry. Tried to call 5 times before someone actually answered the phone. Was told someone would call me. Its 2 weeks later and still nothing. not a very good experience. customer service sucked big time..NOT impressed
was at this site in oct had to wait in line for what you call fast food ya right. for up to 20 min for food there was a line those staff people need to work together or something and what with all family members working on the team. nieces,aunts daughters that not even fair. nor is it right. i dont eat at mcdonalds that much any more. service is not what it used to be even the drive thru are slow. and why is eveytime i dont care what time of day it is you order your food. you get it and what its cold. and they need to order ... read more
