Very rude & disappointing attitudes here working the drive thru on 04/30/26 @ 11:50am. Shake machine wasn't working as usual. Refused to allow me to get a small beverage with a meal, even though I was willing to pay for a medium because that's what it came with. Made me pull up to wait even longer for my small order. I won't be back. Thanks but no thanks! Need to hire more people & retrain the current employees. I'm not saying they're all bad...but the 2 ladies I had (one was younger & one older) lacked basic manners & clear... read more
By far the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Service is always long, but the final straw was the other night when I was sold a completely raw burger that was still cold inside. (not to mention they put nothing on it except a pickle). Went to the store the next morning to tell the manager that her evening staff are going to kill someone with their negligence, and all she said was “I can remake it for you”. The franchise owners should definitely be made aware.
Staff was friendly and helpful, food was right temp and service was excellent. Great Job
Terrible service. Take out or dine in. This store takes the longest to make anything and you have to deal with people annoyed to take your order. Hire better employees Gomez….
Kind workers, orders are accurate, usually clean dining area. When orders take longer they always apologize for the wait.
