I guess your workers like to call peoples kids stupid! I will be calling corporate and getting in touch with the general management. I dont care how bad your day is! You dont berate customers or children! My kid just told me she called your location for a question and was called stupid.
Don't order anything from the manager with the crazy eyes and scary makeup! You ask for something simple she'll make a whole huge deal out of it instead of fixing a simple mistake of NO SALT. This is McDonald's. I've WORKED for McDonald's before. It's honestly one of the easiest jobs if you can just DO the order??!!
I really wanted to give it a zero stars if I could but that wasn’t an option. Whole order wrong -waited 20 min after ordering to even be acknowledged (while the older gentleman sat there typing away on the computer ) drove to the front window to pay explained to the older lady that the man in the first window wasn’t paying me any mind. Rude worker I asked for sweet and sour sauce and said no I’m going to charge you for another one as I put 3 in your bag I said no you did not put any in my bag and she ignored me and said I had to pay for sweet and sour sauce. She completely lied to me
