Horrible service. lady at the window not only got our order wrong but was very rude to us when we asked for sauce. we asked for 2 small waters and got the window closed in our faces. We had to wait at the window for a few minutes after staring at her to open the window for us to get the right order... if that wasnt enough our order was still wrong after double checking.
Although the service was excellent and the atmosphere was as well, I drove off with what was supposed to be PREMIUM COFFEE ☕️. It wasn't! It was horrible. I can only describe the taste as horrible! 2 Stars
Placed mobile order, 30+ mins later and it was not ready. Zero customer service, I literally mean zero. No one working the counter other than bringing food up. Could not wait any longer because I was on my lunch break. Unable to get my food and not able to get refunded. Feels like they stole my money. Will never use this location again, even with it being less than 2 minutes from work.
The older woman bagging the food was screaming at someone over the phone and when I asked for the sauce that I paid for that I didn't get in my bag she rolled her eyes and shouted at me. I work at another McDonald's and was honestly SO disappointed.
