Pulled up to the drive-thru and noticed they were playing loud rap music on the restaurant speakers. Not kid friendly at all with the cursing. Got home and realized I was missing items from my order. Sunday February 1st 6:00 this morning went to McDonald's ordered hotcakes found a gigantic wad of hair in my hotcakes called manager do not accept the fact that there was hair in the pancake no care for customers disgusting Don't go there
This morning I went and got my child an order of the pancakes. From the moment we arrived and order the communication sucked. I ordered from someone who was fluent in English. Never gave them attitude even though they were since the moment they spoke to us. As a mother I am furious because they intentionally placed a ball of hair in between the pancakes.
