At 8:30pm tonight I stopped at this McDonald’s to get a vanilla ice cream. The girl at the register said, “we are not serving ice cream at this time.” Here’s the problem: • I’ve gotten ice cream from this exact same location around 8pm two nights this week. • I also went to the McDonald’s by Walmart right after this — and THEY were serving ice cream at the same time. Making people go back around to add on sauces at the speaker might be helping your “times” but is not helping your customer service at all. Poor decision by management. Maybe the focus should be getting orders out right and not leaving out food people pay for.
No sauce for the McNuggets. Again!
