Took my order for ice cream at the drive thru, and then shorted me 1 ice cream because they need to add more mix. Gave me forks instead of spoons! Locked all the dining room doors at 9:50pm and dining room hours say 11pm. People are clearly eating inside. Been 10 minutes in a reserved spot waiting for a flurry that probably wont ever come and a couple forks for my other ice creams!!
