I've been going here for 26 years since I moved to Wantagh. The decline in the service should be studied. First! Please fill all drinks up to the top! Second I don't understand why my creamy chili sauce wasn't in the bag when it is supposed to come with my McCripsy Strips. Third the French fries were put in upside down so they were all at the bottom of the bag. So I was finishing up a job and ordered breakfast for pick up. I wasn’t going to get there on time to order at the window. I get there and they ask me for code, I give it and they tell me it’s cancelled because they’re not serving it anymore. Well, obviously that’s why it was placed BEFORE I got there.. what else is the point?? If you know a customer is coming for a meal why would you not put that meal aside for their pick up.. cooked or not? That seems incompetent, and a great way to lose a sale.
