Placed an order at night after a concert for my teenage daughter and they refused to service us through the door dasher window. So we left hungry. I understand they have rules. But it would have took absolutely no effort just to hand our food through the window. They sent 2 16 year old kids away hungry instead of just accommodating like decent humans. Filing a complaint
