Why does McDonald’s insist on hiring rude, disrespectful teenagers to handle food orders? Pulled up to the drive thru window at 5:40pm on a Sunday and the teen on the microphone starts talking shit in the mic about my fiance saying one second while she pulled up her app code. Why would I spend my money if the customer service is trash? Hire new workers that respect food handling and take their jobs serious.
