⸻ I visited McDonald’s store #3867 and had one of the most frustrating fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. When I pulled into the drive-through, there was only one car ahead of me, but I ended up waiting for 15 minutes with no movement. I finally decided to go inside and placed my order at the kiosk (order #844) — a deluxe crispy meal, a side of nuggets, a two cheeseburger meal, and a cheeseburger Happy Meal. Takes an hour to get your food. They don't do just water cups.
I see why this McDonald's has a rating of a three-star. They have poor customer service. The drive-thru staff are very rude. When you go through the drive-thru they don't respond. And when asked why they didn't respond to you in the drive-thru, the young lady working the drive-thru proceeded to ask me if I was mad and then proceeded to tell me that I need to go to another McDonald's. Very bad service. They need to shut this one down..... we don't even need it in the neighborhood.
