I come here often. Some days the customer service is hit or miss. Like today I order a large sweet tea and I pay cash for it which was $2.58. we got to the next window to get my order, The young lady tried to give me three drinks and I kindly told her no that's not my order I only ordered a large sweet tea. She proceeds to tell me Well they run you up for three drinks. I tell her no they raw me up for a large sweet tea which was $2.58 I paid cash. Then here comes the manager asking for my receipt. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION. I ENCOURAGE THE COMMUNITY TO BOYCOTT THIS LOCATION. THEY WILL NOT CHANGE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE UNTIL THEY START LOSING BIG MONEY. This is one of the WORST McDonald’s in Lithonia– especially when it comes to serving hot food. Every time I’ve patronized this restaurant, I’ve always made one simple request, “Please sir/ma’am, can you make sure that my fries are served HOT,” not lukewarm; not damn near cold; but HOT. This evening I stopped at this McDonald's and the young lady at the window was very rude to my aunt she asked her to switch out her sweet tea Because it looked like sugar water. The young lady asked my aunt, did she taste it with a attitude My aunt was trying to tell her that sweet tea didnt suppose to look that way it was very light. Not a customer friendly location! We did not feel welcomed during our visit. Soda machines were out of order. Men's restroom was locked and you had to prove you ordered something to get the restroom opened. The food wasn't very good and portions were small. Drink ordered was not correct and the hot fudge sundae cups were not filled with very much ice-cream/ fudge.
