Fries were freshly out of grease without asking and cashier didn't have an attitude and gave extra sauce no charge 💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿
The manager in here seems as if she’s burned out. She’s teaching her crew to do too many shortcut that makes our food undesirable. I saw two people getting a refund at 11:30 from their lunch. She’s got some good employees. I don’t know how all of them are but the ones I met today were good decent employees. She’s just not doing her job managing the kitchen, so the food will taste and look good and the floors are greasy mopped. That’s a hazard.
Customer service is horrible, stated they stop serving food at 1020 even though they don’t close till 11 I asked to speak to a manager was informed manager was in back young lady came back to the drive thru window and begin to lock up the window for closing after I had been sitting there for 10 mins I arrived at 1025 another car was in drive thru and received there food nobody answer speaker although 3 employees were in store all in the front laughing and playing around.
